"Puget built the perfect system specifically for my extensive use of Adobe Lightroom Classic. 350,000+ captures in the LR catalog, all with previews. I've never seen and used such an amazing build. Extremely fast and quiet! During the initial parts selection, all questions were answered promptly and thoroughly, and I was advised based on my requirements/needs. During the assembly process. I was appraised of each step along the way.... After assembly, extensive testing took place, including thermal imaging.... All this, and I actually received the computer ahead of schedule! First rate packaging, and even spares, including a couple of special requests for prewired tie-offs for installing a couple of prepared drives... After arrival, programs and drives were installed and 24 hours later, I was 80% up to speed.... 48 hours later, 95%. Smoothest migration/transition I've ever experience, all thanks to an outstanding build. Thank you to the whole team, and special thanks to Eli and Nathan for one on one assistance. Who could ask for more?"

"I bought my first PC from the Seattle IBM Product Center in 1980. When I contacted Geno Rosario at Puget Systems in July 2021 about buying a new PC, I confidently outlined what I wanted. While keeping in mind the spirit of my build request, Geno correctly pointed out some misconceptions I had about CPU's. Some of my component choices (i.e. a huge case and a very large power supply) were probably overkill, but Geno remained focused on the important issues instead of quibbling over details that did not really matter. I ended up with a fantastic computer that has worked flawlessly for the past ten months. Geno Rosario and Puget Systems have my unqualified recommendation."

"I have not ever used PC or windows for my own company. I have used them at different facilities where I have worked. I knew nothing about ordering what I needed to do the work I wanted to do. I called for help and the services was exceptional, easy and friendly. They didn't talk down to me as a women or for not knowing the tech specifics I wanted.
I was able to get the machine ordered and delivered in a timely manner.

Once I received the delivery I was presently surprised that the packaging and paperwork was more than helpful. This is really thought out.
I was thinking that I might not hear from PS after the sale but I was wrong. I am glad to sing their praises. I am a fan."

"Absolutely amazing customer service! Being able to see exactly what step of the process my machine was in, get pictures of it in process, thermal images, all the benchmark results, was all incredible. And when I received the box, it was very well packaged, with super clean cable management. These guys are pros, and now I see why my buddy recommended them so highly, and now I do to!"

"From start to finish, Puget Systems has exceeded my expectations for my new PC. I did a bunch of research before selecting Puget Systems, and boy am I glad I did. I got some great advice on my build from the sales team when first configuring my PC, and he helped me select the proper configuration for my use case. I also had a great experience with all the status updates while my pc was being prepared, built, tested, and shipped to me. I was struck by how detailed the steps were that were being described to me, and Puget Systems kept me very up to date with how the building and testing were going. When I received my PC, I was ecstatic that they gave me a clean install of Windows with none of the usual "bloatware" that comes with a prebuilt, they installed only the items I asked for. The PC was packaged very well, and arrived to my doorstep in perfect condition. One thing I love about my computer is it rarely makes noticeable noise, which is welcome indeed. I had some experience with their tech support as well, which I was so very impressed by. They treated me with patience and respect, and when the troubleshooting steps didn't fix my issue, they gave me an option of sending the computer back so they could install the new part, but also gave me to option to install the new part myself, which I was what I elected to do. They sent me a replacement part right away, and gave me instructions on how to replace it. The new part worked perfectly. The techs were respectful, helpful, and proactive, walking me through the replacement. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful tech support was. Since then, I have had zero issues. Everything is working as it should, and I am extremely happy with the purchase. I am super glad I picked Puget Systems, I had a far better buying and tech support experience with Puget Systems than with any other company I have done business with in the past. I would highly recommend buying a PC through Puget Systems."

"I am an amateur photographer and videographer and bought my first Puget Systems workstation in July of 2011; I didn't hesitate to come back to Puget when I needed to replace my first computer which ran perfectly for ten years, although I did replace components (graphics card, power supply, RAM, etc.) when necessary. All good things must come to an end and due to technology advances and so forth, I knew that I needed to upgrade the whole system. I went on to the Puget site and studied for some time all the blogs and articles that I could find relating to my specific needs, and so this time I didn't feel the need for advice before ordering my workstation, as I had pretty well specced everything out. I would however advise anyone new to Puget to be confident in asking for help and advice--they truly are very honest and forthcoming and will definitely try to help you save money and not add anything that you do not need. Also, the first time, I had to have support with my graphics card and they quickly helped me resolve the issue and sent me a new one right away. As for the cost--yes, new quality computers that are powerful and dependable are quite expensive; if you are experienced with building your own equipment, you most likely will save money. But the expertise and professionalism at Puget made it a no-brainer for me-- I am a 75-year-old granny geek myself and the quality I got here and the convenience was just so worth the expense. I am very satisfied with my workstation from Puget Systems and am assured that it is as futureproof as possible for me; I would recommend them to anyone, but most especially to anyone who needs a serious workstation computer not readily available in the usual marketplace."
