Overview
For workflows using H.264 and H.265 codecs, this system with an Intel Core™ Ultra processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ video card is a terrific choice. It may not have quite as much CPU power as our RAW workstation, but it can easily power through HEVC timelines thanks to the combination of Intel Quick Sync and the upgraded NVENC and NVDEC capabilities in the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs.
For connectivity, this system has numerous USB ports (including a few Type C) on the front and back, a pair of Thunderbolt 5 ports and one Thunderbolt 4 in the rear, 10Gb wired Ethernet, and WiFi 7.
