Chad is one of Puget Systems’ Support Technicians, turning bad days into good days by providing technical support for all Puget Systems’ products. Technical issues range from simple to complex, including Windows and Linux troubleshooting and diagnostics. Chad’s been with Puget Systems since 2016, performing extensive hardware and software diagnostics to quickly resolve complaints and get you back to work. Whether on the phone, connected remotely, visiting your home or reaching out to third party software vendors, Chad strives to do everything he can to find a solution. Chad has experience in both sales and customer support, which he says helped train him for his current role. He will tell you he joined Puget Systems because he "wanted to be part of a company providing a useful product to people who better the world," and he loves the company and the direction it’s going and growing.
