Samyntha is Puget Systems’ lead Support Technician. She joined the company in August 2015 in an entry-level position and was promoted to her lead role less than two years later. Samyntha’s experience in customer support began when she was a teenager, but it was when she joined Puget Systems she says she gained the valuable computer knowledge she passes on to our customers and her team on a day-to-day basis.
